Small to Medium HP Induction Motors (100-500KW)

339 Motor Protection SystemComplete protection, control, diagnostics and communications for small and medium sized AC motors. Designed for medium voltage motors in industrial applications, the 339 delivers unparalleled protection,control, diagnostics and communications in an industry leading draw-out construction. The 339 Motor Protection System provides simplified setup configuration through the use of the Motor Settings Auto-Configurator, advanced graphical diagnostics with the Motor Health Report and support for multiple communication protocols including IEC 61850. This 3 Series relay is available with multiple options including draw out or non draw out, and with or without chassis for spare parts, replacements or testing purposes.

Agile P24xM Motor Management The Agile P24xM Motor Management Series has been designed for the protection, control, and management of medium voltage motors in industrial applications. The P24xM series offers a small form factor, advanced and redundant communications including IEC 61850, and flexible I/O options to maximize process uptime.

P50 Agile P253 Motor ProtectionThe P50 Agile P253 provides basic motor protection for small and medium size MV/LV motors. It includes a wide range of measurements for motor supervision and operations including starting current record, and features flexible SCADA communication options such as Modbus/IEC 60870-5-103 or DNP3.0.

Multilin 869 Motor Protection SystemThe Multilin 869 relay has been designed for the protection, control and management of medium and large induction and synchronous motors. The 869 is equipped with an integrated synchronous motor protection module for protection and control of synchronous motors. It provides advanced functionality for various types of applications such as high-speed protection, extensively customizable programmable logic, integrated motor monitoring and diagnostics and flexible configuration capabilities. The advanced communications allow an easy integration into the process and electrical control systems for smoother asset monitoring and control.

369 Motor Protection SystemComprehensive protection and monitoring for three-phase motors and their driven equipment. Designed for medium-sized motors, the enhanced 369 Motor Protection System delivers advanced motor health diagnostics, graphical and data rich fault diagnostics, simple six-step setup & configuration and complete traceability of setting changes, enabling industrial facilities to maximize process up-time and optimize rated motor output.

Large HP Induction & Synchronous Motors (>1MW)

M60 Motor Protection System Comprehensive protection for medium and large motors. The M60, a member of the UR Family, is a full featured relay designed for the protection and management of medium and large horsepower motors. The M60 incorporates advanced features such as an enhanced thermal model, standard and custom thermal limit curves, current unbalance biasing, running and stopped exponential cooling curves, optional RTD modules, and hot/cold motor compensation. Use the M60 in protection applications requiring complex I/O configurations and high-speed communications.

Agile P24x Motor ProtectionPart of the proven MiCOM Agile P40 Platform, the P24x line of motor protection relays offer comprehensive protection, control, and monitoring for large induction and synchronous motors in process and power plant environments. The relays provide enhanced diagnistics and fault analysis, optimized machine image monitoring with optional RTD biasing and customized thermal curves to match more closely with the machine withstand limits.

MM300 Motor Management SystemThe MM300 integrates protection, control, automation, metering, diagnostics and multiple communication protocols in a rugged compact device for low voltage motor applications. Designed for NEMA and IEC Motor Control Centers, the MM300 delivers superior protection and control to extend equipment life and maximize process uptime.

MM200 Motor Management SystemThe MM200 integrates protection, control and multiple communication protocols in a rugged compact device for low voltage motor applications. Easily integrated into new and existing control system architectures, the MM200 provides comprehensive low voltage motor protection and communications for all types of motor protection applications.

MM2 Intelligent MCC ControllerThe Motor Manager II (MM2) combines control functions and comprehensive motor protection in one package. This compact device provides sophisticated control and protective relaying at significant cost savings over the discrete devices normally found in a low voltage motor control center (MCC).

Other Motor Protection

RMIO Remote Module I/OThe Remote I/O Module provides RTD temperature metering capabilities for the Multilin 339 motor protection relay.The remote RTD Module provides additional protection for motor applications by monitoring the temperature of key components in the motor. All RTD’s settings are completely configurable via the 339 motor relay and via EnerVista Software.
