GE is pleased to announce the release of the Multilin™ EPM 9700, a high performance IEC 61000-4-30 Class A Edition 3 power quality meter with innovative logging and communication features ideal for utility, industrial and commercial power quality applications. The EPM 9700 provides a comprehensive overview of power quality and consumption empowering users to capture and reconcile key power quality events to make educated operational decisions quickly. The EPM 9700 is also an enhanced, direct retrofit upgrade replacement for existing installations of the EPM 9450/9650.

Key highlights include:

• Large logging capability/memory - Up to 1.2 GB of logging memory with default preconfigured logging of 142 essential parameters, making it possible to log years of captured data
• Improved accuracy and faster high speed readings - The EPM 9700 has 0.06% energy accuracy (ANSI Class 0.2%) and up to 1024 samples/cycle based measurements
