Make four copies of the "Commercial Invoice" and staple these to the air waybill. Please state:

1. "Canadian goods being returned to manufacturer. No commercial value, value is for customs purposes only."
   This is very important.
2. The original value of the units.

For Federal Express, also include the following:

3. Shipper/Exporter: Contact, company name and full address.
4. Country of manufacture.
5. Importer - full name and address.
6. Air waybill number.
7. Description of unit: full description, harmonized code.
8. Reason for export.
9. Any part of serial numbers.

FEDERAL EXPRESS (MULTILIN'S (MARKHAM) COURIER) -
This is the fastest, most fail-safe method to return relays to us. They look after all details, including customs clearance. This method is fairly expensive, especially for heavier shipments (over 10 pounds)

AIR EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (MULTILIN'S (MARKHAM) FREIGHT FORWARDER) - Very economical for larger shipments (over 10 pounds), however, this method can be slow (1-2 weeks)
