More than three hundred customers attended the Smallworld German User Group that was held in Bremen in May. The new Smallworld GeoSpatial Analysis product attracted a tremendous interest. Workshops allowed customers, partners and GE staff to experience the Smallworld GeoSpatial Analysis product first hand. Demonstrations showcased some of its applications, including spatial analysis, network capacity management, and asset investment planning. The demonstrations showed how data from a range of spatial and non-spatial sources could be accessed directly. Customers were impressed with the product�s ability to enable smart decision making through powerful querying, analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Other topics presented by GE staff at the conference included product and strategy update, fiber network solutions for utilities based on the Smallworld FTTH^Agile* product, and new service offerings.
